About Us
LEO, short for Lean Engineering Org, is a CRAFT Lean management initiative that provides specialised consulting and training services for engineering and industrialization processes.
We recognised that many engineering teams seek improvement but often lack a clear path to do so. We believe they can achieve this by applying Lean principles and the proven Lean/Agile toolset, which we've successfully utilised many times. Our mission is to empower teams to unlock their full potential.
With years of experience as a Lean Engineering pioneer, we're now expanding our offerings to a broader audience through LEO. What sets us apart is our track record in implementing Lean and developing Lean leaders combined with deep engineering project expertise. This makes us uniquely qualified to assist you. Meet Ton
Ton Hodes is founder of CRAFT Lean Management and together with Jeff Liker of the Liker Lean Academy. He helps organizations with Lean and Agile transformations as an interim Lean Leader, Consultant/Coach and Trainer. As a pioneer, he was one of the first to introduce Lean in the Netherlands in 1997 and has since then accumulated a wealth of experience with lean implementations on any scale. Currently he is successful with the Craft Lean Transformation approach.
“Only when you do it, the real learning begins”. That is why Lean and Agile must above all be made practical. In recent years, he has clearly developed as an authority on Lean Leadership and is a much sought-after speaker. Ton has works in industry, business/public services and project organizations and is now part of the LEO team.

Meet Siego
Siego brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in product development and industrialization across various industries including aerospace, capital goods, and consumer goods. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed numerous projects, departments, and portfolios.
Since 2006, Siego has dedicated himself to learning and applying Lean engineering principles and tools. Serving in roles as a manager, trainer, and consultant, he has become recognized for his deep expertise of Lean engineering.
His extensive industry experience and adeptness in change management enables him to mentor and coach companies with developing and improving their engineering project performance.
